Here are some photos from the trip I took with the youth group I help out to Guatemala. Antigua is a beautiful place with beautiful people. I love the textures and colors we were surrounded by every day.

Daycare

I am looking through all the pictures I have on my laptop and have come across many favorites. I decided that I may as well share them with people...so the next couple of posts are pictures that I love.

Class of 2011

Graduation is coming so soon! A few of my friends are graduating this year as well as seniors from the youth group I help out at. I'm so excited for them! Here are the invitations I made for a couple of ladies for their graduation parties:

Day off!

Today I have the day off and have enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with a great friend/mentor, Mikaela. I then came to Coffea for a hazelnut latte. Delight.

I have now finished the piece I am going to print for my brother for his belated Christmas present. If you have any questions about the meaning behind anything in this piece, please ask!

The Best Me

Today I have been pondering my purpose.
It is a tricky thing to understand.


I love people. I love photography and art. I enjoy a good cup of coffee (with a dash of sugar).
But how does this make me unique?
How can I use my "talents" to be the best version of me?


Today I have taken time to design. I haven't been very artistic or felt the need to create in quite awhile, but today I have been hanging out at a fantastic coffee shop, uninterrupted, and it is lovely. I have enjoyed a mug full of hot Guatemalan coffee. Mmmm.
I feel artsy. What a great feeling.


Who wants some art? My mom is getting a piece soon I'm sure. As well as brother (Merry [belated] Christmas).  :)
